Our adjustable beds and chairs have certification of
ISO 9001:2000 and we are members of the British Healthcare
Trades Association. Our beds are also registered with
the UK government's Medicines and Healthcare products
Regulatory Agency.
Honesty and integrity
Adjustamatic Beds Limited has been selling its products
in the UK for over 35 years and has sold to over 75,000
people.
Amongst these customers we have built an enviable reputation
for fair and honest dealing and we work hard to maintain
this reputation by conducting ourselves at all times
according to the highest standards of honesty, integrity
and fair dealing.
In view of the nature of our products we often sell
to older people who may be worried about high pressure
selling. It is completely against the Company’s
policy to sell in that way.
Our policy is, by contrast, to encourage our people
to demonstrate the Company’s products with consideration
for the customer at all times with a view to ensuring,
so far as possible, that the customer’s purchase
will prove valuable to them and to leave in every customer’s
mind an image of the company as caring, honest and fair
dealing.
In even the best-managed businesses customer complaints
and even disputes may sometimes arise. In dealing with
such matters we will, at all times, keep in mind the
Company policy as regards its attitude to its customers.
It is very important to us that our people conduct
themselves at all times in a manner that enhances the
Company’s standing and confirms our strong reputation
in the minds of customers.
Company products can improve the comfort and convenience
of customers’ lives and, in many cases, will alleviate
the symptoms of even serious painful and debilitating
conditions. Whilst the Company’s products may
sometimes appear to have “cured” a user’s
condition, this is very rarely, if ever, the case. Company
products do not effect cures of medical conditions on
the causes of disability and no such claim will be made
by our people.
All our people are required to conduct their business
